Brand new digital print patterns have been released as part of our 2024 Spring/Summer Collection. Keep reading to see how we brought the prints you love to life, in collaboration with an expert Brazilian designer.
Embrace unique individuality with the PRANELLA Spring/Summer ’24 collection. This year the essence of the boho island traveller has been visualised through our editorial shoots in Milos and Ibiza. The rolling white cliffs of Sarakiniko in Milos inspired us to embrace classic colours on flowy silhouettes. In contrast, the Ibiza beaches and the Mediterranean sea aided in the creation of our vivid aesthetic.
Here in the midst of European travel inspiration, we incorporated stunning Brazilian style to bring striking colour to must-have dresses, kaftans and beach accessories. The SS24 collection features several new prints – whether you want to embrace floral femininity or bring a standout style to your Summer escapades.
This season we put a spotlight on unique Brazilian design, expertly created with our artist in collaboration, Danielli Gomes Prazeres (@danielligp86).
Danielli is an expert in her craft with over 15 years experience as a textile designer and illustrator. Her design focuses on florals, the feminine and insects, she is also a lover of all things nature, colour and texture in relation to Brazil. Her deep passion and understanding of these elements makes for stunning beachwear design, these elements are integral to the creative process behind these PRANELLA prints.

Together, the PRANELLA team and Danielli brainstormed to create stunning icons that would become our most sought after Picnic and Treasure Island prints. The initial stages of the creative process included incorporating various elements such as sea creatures and tropical fruits to bring the essence of Summer to life through eye-catching design.

1) What inspired you to create our Picnic design?
To me, Summer is very inspiring. This season is what inspired the development of this piece of art. Pleasant sunny afternoon with friends, always sharing good times paired with colours and exuberant textures.
2) What are your favourite elements of the Picnic design?
I love the sun, it is the element I love most in this art.
3) Have you got anything exciting coming up with PRANELLA in future?
Yes! New art will be released soon and I was very happy with the result. I hope everyone likes it too!!
